Purchased online? Send an email to smartwool@britwyn.co.nz with your proof of purchase and photos and our team will provide you with a FREE courier label.
Purchased in-store? Visit the original place of purchase for an assessment. If the store is unable to provide a solution you can always get in touch with our team at smartwool@britwyn.co.nz for more assistance. Please provide your proof of purchase.
Our warranty department will assess the item and be in touch as soon as possible. If an item is no longer available, replacement/s may be made with a comparable style, at our discretion. Please allow one to two weeks for processing.
