COVID-19 NZ Update

TEMPORARY DELAY OF ORDERS DURING COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 4

Dear Customer

Alert Level 4 be in place in NZ from 12am, 25th of March 2020 for four weeks. At the moment we are unable to pick and process orders in warehouse as we do our bit to break the chain of COVID-19, however we are still taking orders online. As soon as the Government allows us to operate our fulfilment centre we will fulfill these process these immediately. 

We will happily accept any order cancellations and refunds in the meantime if you wish to change your mind on any purchase. If you have any queries about orders please contact our NZ customer service team who are continuing to work through this period.

Please note that we will not have an opportunity to process returns (receive and deal with the packages) under Alert Level 4, until further notice.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate through the COVID-19 outbreak and do our bit to flatten the curve in our community.
